Terms and Conditions

1. I confirm that have read and understand the terms and conditions as set out below by house executive.
2. By agreeing to the terms and conditions I full bind myself or any person whom I may delegate to abide by the terms and conditions of house executive.
3. Once booking is confirmed and paid for no refund will be made, only rescheduling will be permitted.
4. Only services selected shall be rendered and no additional services shall be rendered by our staff.
5. Client shall ensure that the house and office have electricity on the day of service by house executive.
6. Client shall ensure that house executive staff gain access to property and office on time and leave at scheduled time as per original booking.
7. Client shall ensure that the electricity is working if ironing is selected.
8. Client shall ensure that all his/her belongings are kept safe.
9. House executive shall not take responsibility of any damage or stolen items which were not safely kept and only damages which are as a result of gross negligence on part of our staff.
10. Client always undertake to ensure safety of our staff at his/her premises, and no physical or verbal abuse shall be directed to our staff.
11. Client undertake to provide necessary cleaning equipment, material and should client fail to do so, house executive staff will only use what is available to carry their duties.
12. Client shall ensure that information provided about the property to clean is true and accurate.
13. The number of hours selected shall determine the volume of work to be carried by house executive staff.
14. House executive staff shall not do any hand washing of clothes, only the use of machine shall be permitted for clothes washing and client shall ensure that all clothes are properly sorted before being washed.
15. In the event of load shedding rescheduling can only be at the discretion of house executive for services that required electricity and could not be performed by our staff during the interrupted period.
16. Any legal action by or against house executive to be instituted or defended in court, guilty party shall be liable for fees on attorney and own client scale.
